Frequently Asked Questions
What services do you offer?Griffis Grove offers personalized telehealth services focused on metabolic health, medical weight loss support, women’s wellness, lifestyle optimization, primary care visits, and sick visits for common non-emergent concerns.
Our goal is to provide compassionate, evidence-based care that supports the whole family while helping patients feel their best from the inside out.
Are appointments virtual? While we have an office, most visits are conducted through secure HIPAA compliant online platform.
What states do you currently see patients?Patients must be physically located in a state where the provider is licensed at the time of the visit. Griffis Grove currently serves patients in Colorado, with Florida services anticipated in the future.
Do you prescribe medications?Medication options may be discussed if clinically appropriate following a comprehensive medical evaluation. Medication recommendations are individualized and based on medical history, symptoms, goals, and safety considerations.
Are medications included in memberships or programs?Medication costs are billed separately unless otherwise specified. Program pricing includes provider support, follow-up care, lifestyle guidance, and personalized treatment planning. If appropriate, medications can be included in the membership pricing.
Do you accept insurance?Griffis Grove is currently a cash-pay practice. This allows for longer visits, personalized care, and a more patient-centered experience. Superbills may be available upon request for potential out-of-network reimbursement.
What is included in the metabolic health program?Programs may include an initial consultation, follow-up visits, medications, lifestyle and nutrition guidance, lab review, progress monitoring, and ongoing provider support.
Can I use insurance for labs or medications? In many cases, yes. Labs and medications may be processed through your insurance depending on your individual plan and pharmacy/lab coverage. We are currently set up for cash-pay lab services with plans to expand to an insurance accepted option for labs.
What conditions can be treated online?Telehealth is appropriate for many non-emergent concerns including metabolic health support, women’s wellness, medication management, lifestyle counseling, minor illnesses, and certain primary care concerns.
