Metabolic Health Initial Consultation — $99 (founding member price; limited time only)
A comprehensive starting point for patients seeking support with weight, labs, metabolic risk, insulin resistance, fatigue, and long-term health goals. All Metabolic Health Membership clients will need to book an initial consultation prior to being enrolled in the membership option.
Metabolic Health Membership - starting at $199–$399/month depending on medication, dose, and clinical appropriateness. Membership pricing varies based on individualized treatment plan, medication selection, dosage needs, and clinical appropriateness. Memberships are not insurance and do not guarantee prescriptions.
Women’s Wellness Visits - $199 per visit
For all women on their journey to feeling their absolute best and working toward overall health.
Primary Care Visit — $100 per visit
For simple primary care needs, medication questions, lab review, and non-emergency concerns.
Primary Care memberships are pending interest.
Sick Visit — $75 per visit
For minor acute concerns that can be safely evaluated through telehealth.
